Using the service
Reprolane provides tools to capture application failures, investigate reproductions, run verification, and collaborate in isolated sandboxes. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to upload source code, recordings, logs, and other captured information.
Accounts and workspace access
Keep credentials and recovery codes private. Use an accurate email address and complete ownership verification. Workspace owners manage memberships, sharing, and billing permissions. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for activity you authorize through integrations and collaborators.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack other systems, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or evade platform limits. Use test data and narrowly scoped credentials. Do not submit secrets or sensitive data that you are not authorized to process in the configured service providers.
Captured content and sharing
You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant the permissions needed to host, process, reproduce, and display it to provide the service according to your sharing settings. Public sharing exposes capture content to viewers with the link. Removing public access cannot recall copies others already obtained.
Plans, limits, and cancellation
Displayed checkout terms and the selected plan describe prices, billing intervals, and allowances. Only an authorized workspace owner should make purchases. Manage an existing subscription through the customer portal where available. The operator must approve final refund, tax, renewal, and cancellation terms before these terms take effect.
Service changes and termination
Verification results are diagnostic evidence and may depend on the captured environment and provider availability. You should independently review changes before deploying them. Access may be suspended to address abuse or security concerns. You can request account deletion after resolving workspace ownership and captured content.
