Information used to provide Reprolane
Reprolane processes account identifiers, email addresses, profile details, sign-in sessions, and organization memberships. When you capture a reproduction, its source files, runtime configuration, logs, screenshots, recordings, and verification evidence may contain personal or confidential information. Review captures before sharing and use test credentials in sandboxes.
How information is used
We use account information to authenticate users, enforce access controls, deliver account emails, and operate workspaces. Captured information supports reproduction, verification, collaboration, and troubleshooting. Operational diagnostics support reliability and abuse investigation. Optional activity emails can be managed in Settings.
Sharing and service providers
Workspace members and explicitly granted collaborators can access private reproductions according to their permissions. Making a reproduction public lets anyone with its link inspect the published capture. GitHub integrations can publish information back to the connected repository. Hosting, storage, sandbox, email, billing, and configured analytics providers process data needed for their services. The operator must approve the final provider list and processing locations before this notice takes effect.
Retention and deletion
Captures follow their configured expiry and deletion workflow. Deletion revokes access while sandbox shutdown and artifact cleanup complete. Account deletion requires you to resolve organizations and reproductions first. Contact support about information that remains in operational records or provider systems. The operator must approve record-specific retention and backup schedules before this notice takes effect.
Your choices
You can change account information, revoke other sessions, enable an authenticator, control activity email preferences, manage sharing, and request account deletion. Contact support@getreprolane.com for privacy requests, access or correction questions, or concerns about a capture. Rights and request handling depend on the law that applies to you and the operator.
Items awaiting approval
This draft needs the operator's legal identity and address, applicable legal bases and jurisdictions, international-transfer arrangements, retention schedules, final subprocessors, and any required supervisory-authority information. It is not the effective privacy notice until the operator reviews and approves it.
